This fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bath private pool home which overlooks a long sparkling lake, is nicely furnished with Ethan Allen furniture for the more discriminating guest. Lots of natural light displays in every room. You enter this home through its stunning double door entry with beautiful stained glass into the formal living room overlooking the large enclosed pool area and beautiful lake. Next to the living room, the formal dining area is perfect for that special dinner party or just very comfortable family meal.



The family room with vaulted ceilings offers lots of room for relaxing and entertaining. Next to the family room is the kitchen with dinette area featuring a bay window that looks out onto the pool and lake area. This kitchen has very high ceilings with three large windows above the cabinets allowing Florida's sunshine to light up the entire space. There is plenty of working counter space and all the appliances you would ever need.



The master suite is located at the front right side of the house and extends back to the pool area with large window and french door access to the pool. The master bath has his and hers sinks, a stand up shower and a large soaking tub.



The other bedrooms are located off the family room, the second master suite has a wonderful king size bed from Pottery Barn, large window view of the lake, a sliding glass door to the pool area, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower combination.

There are two more bedrooms featuring a queen size bed in the first and two twin beds in the second and an additional shared bathroom with tub/shower combination.



This first class community is close to shopping, restaurants, schools and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The community amenities include a clubhouse, two heated pools, tennis courts, a children’s playground, volleyball court, basketball court, and soccer field.

Nice well equipped house, but need some care

We love Briarwood, it is close to Old Naples that we love, and the price are acceptable for our family. We have rented 5 houses in Briarwood since 2010 and 4 houses in Old Naples, Bershire, Cape Coral.
This house is what we will consider average quality of the ten. On the positive side the house have a good layout, nice view, great pool-area and is very well equipped, also the needed "beachstuff". It was well presented and clean indoor, but it need some upgrades, especially the beds. (The nice Master bedroom are beautiful but have a tiny bed that is quite hard. So we gave the master to our teenage son.
On the negatives though (I may be in to details) i had to fix two windows and one door that could not be locked at the arrival (this is quite normal in American houses), and i had to tidy and clean the garage floor to set up the ping-pong table i found in the garage (but i had to buy net and rackets on Wall Mart to enjoy it and left this to next renter ;-.
I also had to clean the deck/floor in the pool area due to our feet became very dirty.
We loved the stay and actually also the house, but to get me back next Christmas we recommend the following.
-door/windows facing outside must be able to lock.
-tidy and clean garage and deck every 3 months.
-invest 4000-5000USD in fantastic matrasses.
-get a king-size bed in to the nice Master bedroom.
-soundproof the south side poolheater.
-get rid og the old "moulded" and flattired Honda.

Great Home to Enjoy Naples

My husband and I stayed at this home for almost two months. Although the home is dated, it is very clean and large enough for a family with children. The neighborhood is very nice and very safe with security and gated access.

Access to the home was very easy and the property managers were very quick to respond to our needs.

Wonderful location, lots of room in the house. House seems neglected ..did some repairs and replaced light bulbs on our own. Master Bedroom bed needs a new mattress ...AND..the place needs a smart tv so renters can stream services. We are coming back

2021 winter get away

This property is in a great Naples location, close to the beach, restaurant and golf courses and we really like walking though the friendly neighborhood. There was a couple of mechanical issues with the house that the property managers took care of very well. We very much appreciate being able to have are dog with us! The property managers even mailed us some things that we forgot while leaving, Thanks! Our grandchildren loved the pool. I would recommend renting this house.again.

7 Weeks in Paradise

We had a wonderful time at this rental. We spent 7 weeks at 1288 and it was very hard to leave. The house was impeccable, comfortable, and has a wonderful view and pool. Nice neighbors and a great place to go for walks. We will definitely go back.

Spotless home with nicely stocked kitchen!

1288 Briarwood Court

We enjoyed our 2 months at the home. Having the pool and decking facing the pond was so relaxing. The house was clean and met our needs. I would make a suggestion that the king sized bed should be in the master suite, instead of in the guest master suite. Another suggestion would be to replace the TV in the family room with a larger smart TV. The paddle fan in that room did not work. The electrician was able to replace the circuit in the kitchen along the counter by the sink. The overhead door guys fixed the door but, it broke a few days later. It would be helpful to have handles installed on the sliders as they are quite heavy to open and close. We plan to return next year to enjoy SW Florida during the winter months.

Fabulous villa

Another great stay in this lovely villa. Everything you could need has been provided - masses of towels / beach towels, dvd’s, games, pool toys, books etc. CNE were very helpful, reported a problem late in the evening and it had been fixed by the time that we got back from breakfast the following morning.

Living in Paradise

This is our third time staying at this house and we always enjoy the location and general atmosphere. However, this year we noticed the decor was getting a little "tired" looking. Also the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work causing us to have to purchase bags of ice regularly. The pots and pans were peeling, handles and lids broken. The toilet in the master bathroom broke and it took a few days for someone to come and fix it. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location, well-stocked with all beach & home needs (towels, plates, sheets, etc.), quite, safe and guarded neighborhood, clean & tidy home and obviously set up with care and love by owners and impeccably maintained by management staff! Cannot say enough about this wonderful property. We've stayed here 2 different years and are going back for a 3rd. We love it and you will too! Great house!!

Great house and much better than the pictures portray. Nice area a short drive from the beach and downtown Naples. Only downside was that CNE Vacation Rental took a different price than we agreed with the owner and neither of the parties fixed this after several emails. We also paid for a heated pool that never worked. Other than that a good experience!

Nice Rental - Beautiful Outdoor Space

Beautiful roomy house for a fair price but showing age. Blinds aged - had to keep adjusting so they would open properly / Water dispenser on fridge not working / Toaster not working at all. Positives: Lots of towels & linens / Beautiful pool / roomy / Beach chairs and poll "toys. Not house but rental agency: Paid for full tank of bbque gas - gas was empty.

Rented for 2 months. The home was everything we were hoping it would be. What you see is what you get. No surprises! The home was clean and comfortable. Since it's on a dead end street, there was very little traffic.

We will keep coming back to Briarwood

Four couples vacation together every winter and for the past few years, we've chosen Naples,FL as our vacation location. The home at 1288 Briarwood was perfect for our needs. The house was large enough to accommodate 8 people easily, the kitchen VERY well stocked, beds were comfortable and the pool clean and inviting. Briarwood is close to all of the places we wanted to go. We will be back next year.

Perfect week!

What a well displayed house, clean, great furniture, comfortable beds and nice pool area! Great management team quick to help. The only thing we didn ́t figure out was the barbecue which we had planned to use more. But in all honesty we never really tried to solve it, maybe it even worked fine. We had the greatest time here and our kids loved the house and pool. As did my parents who had a nice separated bedroom with bathroom, where they could get a rest from everything. Thank you!

Three couples shared this spacious and well equipped home for five weeks. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we could have wanted. The pool and large lanai were certainly well used since the weather was sunny and warm every day! The location was very good - an easy drive to beaches, golf, restaurants and shopping. This villa is centrally located for most places, it gives you the option to try different beaches, Naples is a lovely place to visit and don't forget to go to the pier. We traveled to Everglades City for an airboat ride and the shops were close by. We all had a fantastic holiday and would like to stay in this area again.

Home Sweet Home

Yes, we enjoyed our 2 month stay at 1288 Briarwood. The home has a lovely layout and is well decorated. It instantly felt like "home sweet home" The outside view is absolutely picture perfect in every way! The only constructive comment I would make is that there is far too much carpeting and especially one of the master washrooms. We had a really good time at this vacation rental. Stayed in Briarwood before, but this was the first time through CNE. The reservation went without any problems and also questions were answered quick by email. No problems during our stay, so cannot review that. House was wonderfull. Very complete, everything we could wish for. Especially the kitchen had everything and more. Unbelievable.Homeowners did think of every decorating detail to make it more luxurious. View from pool was great. We have seen many birds from our lazy pool chairs and also lots of fish and turtles. The garden was kept in perfect condition, a blessing for the eyes.Only down side was that the TV in the bedrooms did not work. We didn't contact CNE about it, since it wasn't a problem for us.
We would definitely rent with CNE again in the future.

2 week stay at 1288 Briarwood

We enjoyed our stay at 1288 very much and, having stayed at several different houses on Briarwood, this would rate in the top 25%.
Just a couple of negatives. We found the TV system impossible to operate for the first few days but after a call to CNE we quickly got the main living room TV working. However, the guest bedroom TV would not work.
We found it strange that the main bedroom did not have the kingsize bed; this was in the guest room.

Thanksgiving Vacation

We all had a great time. The accommodations were great and the lake was a big plus with nice size bass in it.(Yes, we did catch and release) The one bedroom that did not have a TV in it was a bummer for our daughter, but she survived without it. The property was very convenient to shopping, downtown, the Ocean, fishing and the Interstate (75). Gas prices really suck down there, which we know is not under your control, but unfortunately a fact of life. (Average price there $3.42, average price in Georgia on the way home $3.09) Limited our away from rental home activities. Had a little trouble at the entrance gate. Don't think the bar code system is foolproof yet. Thanks for the great time. The week went way too fast. Hope to see you again next year.
