Furnished with 2 king master suites, a queen room and 2 twin beds in the 4th room, this home will accommodate large families . This lovely home has a large living room with a gorgeous view of the lake through its sliding doors. A cozy family room just adjacent to the well equipped kitchen gives a large family or a house full of guests plenty of space to gather. The formal dining room seats six and the breakfast area comfortably seats four. Each bedroom will be equipped with a flat screen TV and a large flat screen TV will be available in the family room for larger gatherings. For your dining pleasure there is a covered seating area on the lanai as well. Relax on the lanai next to the pool while gazing upon your private view of the pristine lake and its natural Florida wildlife.

Great Spring Break getaway

Great location, great property. Very spacious and well appointed. Plenty of beach and pool toys available for use. Well stocked with things such as trash bags, laundry detergent etc, which often isn’t the case with other properties. Only wish we could have resolved how to hear the pool sooner.

This was our 9th year renting from CNE and approximately 5-6 years at 1550 Vintage Lane. We love the location and the home. Home is well maintained with only a few minor maintenance issues which I noted in a maintenance request to complete after we left. Did find a couple of dirty dishes or pans which previous guest had put back in cupboards but otherwise was clean. The upgrade the past year to the pool / Lanai was excellent. Overall very satisfied and already booked for 2024.

A lovely house situated in a beautiful lakefront position. We felt the house itself was a little tired in regards to kitchen and bathrooms. We had a couple of small issues which were quickly resolved by CNE. Overall our stay at the house was excellent.

This is our 4th year staying at this house and we have always enjoyed the home and pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, a lot of dog walkers so I get my dog fix. This year there were many duck families on the pond, love watching them.

Another great stay in Naples

This was our fourth year in a row staying at a home from CNE Vacation Rental. As always it was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the layout of this home and the fantastic hot tub spa that sits above the pool. Fun playing pickleball on the courts just a short walk away. Close to several beaches including Clam Pass and the Naples Pier. Highly recommend this home & others in Briarwood.

Wonderful Home~Great Location

We love the Marco/Naples area and decided to stay in Naples this vacation (our previous stays have been in Marco Island). The property was beautiful, very well appointed, and accommodated eight adults perfectly. Check-in to the gated community and house were clearly outlined by CNE. The house was spotless inside and out! Grocery store was just about one mile away, making our shopping convenient. Several beaches are within a 10-20 drive, making this a great location. The owners have provided everything for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, etc. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub after a long day at the beach! Community pool was great as well. My family and I spent 7 nights and didn’t have any concerns or issues. We requested a later check out and CNE was able to accommodate. We enjoyed the sunset cruise out of Naples. Views were breathtaking! Overall experience was 5+ stars!!

lovely home well located in gated community. security ultra tight at gate which made it difficult for visitors to gain access. cne bent over backwards to accommodate date changes due to covid but were somewhat less responsive to issues at the home such as broken door locks snd malfunctioning toilets. overall a pleasant but less than perfect stsy

Fantastic Stay

This house was perfect for our trip to Naples. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. The house was well-equipped, and we were provided with good customer service. The access to the beach was confusing due to COVID, so be sure to check the Naples' rules before committing to this property if you want to be close. It's possible you may have to travel quite a distance to the state park to access the beach. And no joke-those Tommy Bahama beach chairs are totally worth the mention in the ad! I definitely recommend this house.

Amazing Time
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended it an extra week! The home was clean and comfortable and pleasantly stocked with necessary items. We loved having our own pool, spa and lanai! We especially enjoyed the view through the home's many windows overlooking the pool and pond. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting outside and spending the day out there. The spa was our retreat at night after dinner. It was spacious and a great temp. It's a pretty neighborhood and a great location. We went to beaches in Naples, Marco and Fort Myers and restaurants and ice cream/gelato places downtown and enjoyed the Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie and other stores close by. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything is first class, when we arrive we always feel like we are home. There are a few kitchen items we like and have purchased for this house and leave for the next guest. The service we receive from CNE has been fist class for over a decade. 1550 Vintage Ln has a great central position with lovely Lake view. The house has a great layout, with separate seating areas and is well equipped. Briarwood remains a safe, quiet community well placed for Naples and further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful property, which was perfect for our extended family. We loved the views from the lanai and the kids never got out of the pool.

Beautiful home
Rented this home for family coming in for the holiday, it looked very nice online but to be honest it was even nicer in person. We thought once everybody got here we would spend most our time at my house and they really only needed a place to sleep, boy was I wrong! We spent most days at that beautiful rental enjoying the pool and spa with those relaxing lake views.

Serenity on Vintage
We arrived to this beautiful home late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find the home to be well lit anticipating our arrival. When we walked in we were serenaded by soft music! Quite the way to begin our vacation! The home was immaculate and well appointed. It had absolutely everything we needed. The views were serene and although it was unusually cold it did not hinder our use of the heated pool and spa! This was a perfect location. We were minutes from shopping and food at all times Highly recommend this home!
